Here you can find the terms on how I work with clients.

What will you receive?

I will create a .zip data of your chosen product (illustration, profile picture, ...) and send it to you through e-mail or I will send you a cloud - link.Your finished product is also ready to use when i send it to you!

Process of a commission

I start working on the commission the moment I received the payment on my end.While working on the piece I actively stay in contact with you, to keep you updated and clear up any uncertainties which may arise.
To ensure I keep working on the commission I can not wait more than 2 days when asking for feedback or details/decisions, before I lowering priority and finishing other work.

Revisions

The moment I finish the sketch phase is the perfect time for last changes and revisions, without additional costs.
These costs only happen after the sketch phase.
Mostly because of new references you want to use or not clearly stated wishes by you. So make sure to have everything said and cleared up, before we continue.

Payment

I take payments only via Paypal and my prices are in Euro €.
You pay the first 50% of the price before I start working and the other 50% after the sketch approval.Never make a intial payment to me when not received a invoice from me! Stay safe!

Refunds / Cancellation

There are no refunds.
In case of cancellation I keep the initially invoiced 50% of the price and cease work not billing you the second 50% invoice. The only way to cancel your order free of charge is before paying and committing.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
